Comments

1. Competition of young performers held in Leningrad (St. Petersburg) from 1967. In 1975 it got the status of annual television city competition, and later became regional, and in 1994 - international. In fact, the XIV competition was named the I International, and since that time the competitions under the auspices of the Ministry of culture of the Russian Federation are held every 2 years (with exceptions).

2. This medal is supplied connected to rectangular block with the inscription "LAUREATE", covered with red enamel.

3. Award badges from different competitions are distinguished by different consecutive number of competition and year of event in reverse inscription.
