Comments
1. The memorial badge is established by the Ministry of defence of the Russian Federation.
2. Medal with eyelet and ring are connected with a rectangular block, covered with silk moire ribbon width of 24 mm. The Left half of the tape is orange, on edge is bordered by two black stripes with a width of 2 mm, located at a distance of 2 mm from each other. The right half of the ribbon is pink, bordered on the edge by two red stripes 2 mm wide, located at a distance of 2 mm from each other.
